What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 7–10 working days from the moment you confirm your order. That gives us time to print, press, stitch and do our usual magic without rushing it.

We get it – sometimes things are last minute. Depending on our workload and the complexity of your order, we can often turn things around faster. Just give us a ring on 02476 349298 and we’ll let you know what’s possible (no panic necessary – yet).
What do I need to provide, to receive a quote?
The easiest way is to use our [quote form] – it’s quick, easy, and ensures we have everything we need to give you an accurate price.
Prefer email? No problem – just send the details to [email protected]. Be sure to include:
- Your artwork (.ai, .eps, PNG or JPEG is ideal)
- The garments or products you want
- Sizes, quantities, and colours
- Any deadlines or extra info we should know

Do you charge for digitisation of embroidery designs?
We make a one-off charge of £20.00 to turn your design into an embroidery pattern for your first order. Repeat orders of the same design would not incur this charge.
For stock designs such as standard scout and guide logos this charge would not be applied. We may also be able to digitise small, simple designs free of charge for orders over 10 garments. If you are unsure whether you would need to pay for digitisation, just email your design and details of your order requirements to [email protected].
What file types will my artwork need to be in?
To get the best results (and avoid pixelated disasters), we recommend sending your artwork in one of the following formats:
- .ai – Adobe Illustrator (Vector file)
- .eps – Encapsulated PostScript (Vector file)
- .psd – Photoshop file (300dpi, to size, with colours separated on layers)
- Or a high-resolution .jpg – depending on the design, this may work too!

Can I combine embroidery with vinyl printing on the same garments?
You sure can – and it’s actually quite common!
A popular combo is a small embroidered logo on the front and a larger vinyl print on the back (perfect for names, slogans, or bold designs).
Prices will depend on the size, detail, and type of print, since each element is customised and applied individually – but we’re happy to quote once we’ve seen your design!
Do you offer a design service?
Yes! If you’ve got the idea but not the artwork, we can help.
We offer a basic design service for bespoke items – whether it’s a one-off gift or branding for your business. We’ll work with you to get it looking just right. There may be a small charge for this but we will advise you in advance before we carry out the work.
Do you have a size guide?
Absolutely – we’ve got your sizing covered.

What are the costs for delivery?
Cost will depend on your needs, as prices will depend on volume / weight / distance of travel and urgency of delivery.
When do you expect payment?
We take payment upfront, before we begin printing your order.
Prompt payment means we can hit the ground running and get your items ready as quickly as possible. Delays in payment = delays in production (and no one wants that!).
How do I make payment?
We’ll email your invoice, complete with an easy online payment link. You’ve got three options to settle up:
- Bank Transfer (BACS) – Details will be on your invoice
- Cash – Pay in person before we start production
- Card Payment – Secure payment via link using debit or credit card

How do I care for / wash my garments?
To keep your new gear looking fresh, follow these simple rules:
- Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle
- Turn garments inside out before washing
- Avoid washing with zips or rough fabrics
- Skip the bleach – it’s not your friend here
- Don’t tumble dry if possible – hang dry instead
- Keep out of direct sunlight for long periods
Stick to these, and your garments will go the distance – no fading, peeling or shrinking drama.
What happens if I wish to cancel my order?
Changed your mind? No problem – but timing is key.
If your items have been ordered but not yet printed, there’ll be a restocking fee to cover those costs.
Once production has started, we’re afraid we can’t accept cancellations, as everything is customised to your order.
What if I have a problem and wish to complain?
We’re proud of our work – but if something isn’t right, we want to know about it.

If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll do the right thing.
Just note: personalised items can’t be returned or exchanged due to sizing issues, or if they’ve been worn or washed.
