Please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your order, and email us at [email protected] with a description of the issue (photos are a huge help!).

If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll do the right thing.

Just note: personalised items can’t be returned or exchanged due to sizing issues, or if they’ve been worn or washed.
